6. Editioned and NFT Artworks

Unless otherwise specified as an editioned piece or an NFT work, all artworks sold on this website are one-of-a-kind original works.
In cases where a piece is an NFT or an editioned work, this will be clearly indicated and communicated.

7. Protective Varnish on Oil Paintings

If an artwork is an oil painting, it will be sold without a protective varnish, in accordance with the artist’s intention.

8. Presentation Method for Oil Paintings

Unlike traditional mounting on stretchers or wooden frames, oil paintings are cut from the painted canvas as single complete images,
and are presented and sold in mounted formats that allow for multiple modes of display, in line with the artist’s intention.

9. Definition of Artwork and Canvas Mounting

In accordance with the artist’s vision, the artworks are primarily composed of the painted canvas.
The mounting format (referred to in these works as the “base”) is designed with the assumption that the canvas may be removed
and reattached to a new base if the original becomes damaged or deteriorates over time. Therefore,
the canvas is not permanently affixed to the base, but is attached in a manner that allows for future detachment and replacement.
While the work is designed for long-term enjoyment, depending on environmental conditions or handling,
the canvas may detach from the base prematurely. In such cases, support for reattachment may be available,
provided that the purchaser bears the cost of shipping and necessary fees.
For assistance, please contact: public-email-address_02@ryoutaigagami.com.
(The artist prioritizes the long-term preservation of the work and has intentionally chosen not to permanently bond the canvas to the base
to minimize damage to the canvas. Data is also being preserved with the possibility of producing replacement bases via 3D printing.
Efforts to improve quality—through durability testing, material updates, and other experiments—are ongoing.)

10. Definition of Artwork and Mounting Base

Although the artwork is primarily the painted canvas, the mounting base (referred to as “base” in these works)
is also a one-of-a-kind original piece handcrafted by the artist and serves as a vital component for displaying the work.
In the case of multi-canvas works (numbered series), the base may feature complex structures.
While every effort has been made to ensure structural integrity, some works may require delicate handling.

11. Protective Display Cases

For continuous display or long-term viewing of multi-canvas works (numbered series),
a protective display case may be recommended depending on the situation.
Unless explicitly stated that a protective case is included,
the work is sold as-is (including any designated pedestal if listed as part of the artwork).
Purchasers may need to arrange their own protective solutions through a professional service if required.
Upon request, and subject to shipping and handling costs borne by the purchaser, custom case support may be available.
For details, please contact: public-email-address_02@ryoutaigagami.com.

12. Display Hardware and Tools

For wall-mountable works, nails or similar hardware will be included in the shipment. However,
these may not be suitable for all wall surfaces; in such cases, we kindly ask that you prepare suitable hardware on your own.
Tools such as hammers are not included and must also be prepared by the customer.

13. Product Support

In the event of any issues with a purchased artwork, product support may be available,
provided the purchaser covers shipping and necessary expenses.
